Yoga Therapy One-on-One

It is with great gratitude for the ancient wisdom of Yoga and for all Yoga teachers that I offer Yoga Therapy.

Are you working with injury or dis-ease? Does a regular group yoga class seem daunting, too hard, or inaccessible?
Yoga therapy is a private forum that focuses on your specific needs.

Yoga therapy is a co-creative journey inwards, where we work together
with the practical tools of yoga (poses, breath control, mudra - hand seals, deep relaxation, affirmations / mantra, philosophy )
to harmonise the inner and the outer worlds, inviting more strength, space, relaxation, peace and joy into your daily life.

Individual sessions are usually 1 to 1.5 hours / $80 - $120.

To build a regular practice with lasting benefits, a series of at least 4 sessions is recommended:

Yoga Therapy Packages

CIRCLE OF JOY - 4 x 1hour sessions / $360 prepaid

-Learn fundamental poses to bring balance to the body/mind through breath and movement combined.
Meditation, affirmation and /or mantra optional.
Establish a manageable home practice with written Yoga Practice recipe suggestions for future reference.
Includes support and guidance during and for 2 weeks post completion.

CREATE SPACE, CREATE PEACE - 6 x 1.5 hour sessions / $670 prepaid

Create space in your daily life to bring about positive, lasting change.
Learn yoga poses that support your direct needs,
and ways to work a regular practice of a manageable time-frame into your daily life.
Includes yoga nidra
relaxation, and support and guidance for 4 weeks post completion.
Written Yoga practice recipe established together for future reference.
Meditation, affirmation and /or mantra optional.

KIDS YOGA+ART FOR ADULTS - 6 x 1hour sessions / $670 prepaid

Are you willing to laugh a little? Let your imagination flow?
Dwell in your inner child as we explore yoga like a kid,
letting go of the
shackles of inhibition and negative thoughts of not good enough.
Be FREE to enjoy life, embodying your inherent stability, peace and joy.

Highly recommended for inviting and processing change quickly.
This really gets our energy moving in an engaging and present-moment way.
Expect the unexpected!
This is based on experiment and exploration, and requires a sense of curiosity.
There is lots of Yoga to explore through the arts.
Yoga and/or arts experience welcome but not necessary.

All props, tuition, ongoing care & support and tailor-made Yoga workbook provided.
Includes travel within 30kms radius of my point of departure. Additional travel cost for further distances.
