Reflecting is an important part of acquiring new knowledge, recognising positive/negative habits, and ultimately growing into the fullest expression of ourselves - our wisdom.
Yoga synchronises movement with breath, and it is this tuning into the breath that allows us to become aware of ourselves. The moment of awareness is called the NOW, and is the first real tast of meditation. This is a positive viewpoint, as through consciousness we can enact change for the better.
