Namaste simply means I love you and you love me.
We can love with our whole being, not just the mind that can create duality that says I love this person, but not this one.
We can let our love arise from the deep recesses of our muscles, our cells, our atoms.
This is the work of yoga, particularly asana, the physical poses, that breathe space into the bones and muscles. This space creates room for peace. Out of peace love can arise more fully than we could even imagine right now.
